Up until now, after you calibrated your hygrometer you had to remember how "off" the reading was from actual humidity. In 2005 I came up with a simple idea. Create a digital hygrometer that can not only be calibrated, but can easily be adjusted after calibration. Simply perform the 75% salt test using our One-Step Calibration Kit or the salt in a bag test, adjust to the correct humidity, press the set button, and your HygroSet is calibrated and ready to go! Never wonder again if your digital hygrometer is accurate! The HygroSet is the first digital hygrometer capable of being adjusted after calibration. Each click of the adjustment knob changes the humidity display (+ / -) by 1%.
