Monitor outdoor weather conditions in every corner of the yard by adding an extra wireless temperature and humidity sensor to a household Honeywell weather station. The TS33C sensor transmits outdoor and indoor temperature and humidity readings to a base unit to enable users to plan appropriately for brisk, hot, or damp weather. This sensor is compatible for use with Honeywell’s TE103NL, TE109NL, TE529ELW, TE653ELW, TM004, TM005, TC150, TC152, TE532ELW, TE821W, TE852W, TE923W, and TN924W weather station models. With three user-select transmission channels, the sensor communicates to the base from distances of up to 100 feet unobstructed.

The sensor’s small LCD screen displays temperature information on its left side, and humidity data on the right side; the user can choose between Fahrenheit or Celsius readings. With alkaline batteries installed, the sensor can assess outdoor temperatures ranging from -4 to +158 degrees F. Opt for lithium batteries in colder climates to measure outdoor temperatures from -38 to +158 degrees F. For indoor and outdoor humidity analysis, the sensor has a humidity range of 25 to 90 percent. To ensure the most accurate readings, mount the sensor in a well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight or rain, and at least 5 feet above the ground or roof. Avoid placing the sensor over asphalt or concrete, and do not wall-mount close to heat or air condition units, fans, and exhaust vents. The sensor requires the separate purchase of two AA batteries to operate. A limited one-year warranty covers this item. The sensor measures 2-2/5 inches wide by 1 inch deep by 4 inches high and weighs 1 pound upon shipping.
